GENERAL INFO
Shipping options at check out are Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Courier via Loomis or Canpar. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of check out based on weight and distance the order is being shipped. If you are overcharged due to system errors, a refund will be issued for the difference.
At this time we ship to Canada only.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
Our policies state that we will have all items shipped within 3 weeks of order placement OR confirmation of custom design. If for some reason we are unable to meet this timeline we will contact you and offer the option to cancel your order. If your item is blank (non customized) we estimate to ship your order within a 2 weeks maximum.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping to you takes between 2-9 business days, depending on where you are in Canada. Those in the GTA generally take 2 business days, but those in far ends of the country it can take longer.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer to pay for shipping IF your retail order is $200 or more prior to taxes and within Canada. Just enter the code 'FREESHIP' at checkout.
